If you feel unable to cope with the challenges you face in your life, then counselling can help. In my integrative counselling practice, I can help you attain the goals you set for your own individual therapy, facilitating emotional clarity and a sense of connection with your human potential.
I have broad academic training and experience, having worked as a therapist for the last 16 years, and am fascinated with helping and supporting people in their personal struggles.
I specialise in helping clients who are experiencing depression, anxiety, grief and loss, panic attacks, low self esteem, emotional and/or sexual abuse, relationship difficulties, eating disorders, emotional numbness, ongoing stress, trauma, to name a few.
I am also trained to and work closely with LGBT clients, providing support for those questioning or affirming their gender and sexuality.
Counselling provides an opportunity to gain awareness, bringing a sense of clarity and a deeper understanding of your resources and strengths. It can also strengthen your ability to deal with challenges and to regain and experience joy in life.
My approach in therapy is Integrative, which refers to the inclusion of different perspectives in psychotherapy into a flexible and coherent approach, that will suit your needs and personal reality. Therapy will always be adapted to your needs, where you as a client, build a space and rhythm of your own. I offer both short and long term therapy.
If you have any questions or would like more information on my counselling services, please do not hesitate to contact me.
