About me
Welcome to my profile.
I provide unbiased, empathic and confidential psychotherapy for individuals, couples and family groups remotely and in Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire and London. I am a Psychosexual, Relationship and Forensic Psychotherapist and Clinical Supervisor.
I am also certified by the European Federation of Sexology and the European Society for Sexual Medicine as a Clinical Psycho-sexologist.
My therapeutic approach is integrative and incorporates elements of Person-centred therapy, Psychodynamic theory, Trauma therapy, Gestalt and Imago therapies and a systemic approach. I work with each and every client in a way that is right for you.
I am the Clinical Director and founder of The Caesura Centre in Oxfordshire. From this centre, myself and a number of other therapists offer talking therapies including Psychosexual and Relationship therapy, Addiction therapy, Mindfulness, CBT and general counselling. We strive to find you the right therapist with the specialism to suit your needs and a fee to suit your budget.
After completing my BSc (Hons) in Psychology, I qualified with the Post-Graduate London Diploma in Psychosexual and Relationship Therapy. I also hold a Diploma in Clinical and Training Supervision and an HNC in Early Childhood Studies with extensive study in child/parental relationships and attachment, in addition to completing clinical research towards my doctorate in Couple Psychotherapy.
I am committed to on-going personal and professional development and have taught and attended extensive CPD courses and seminars in the areas of Psychology, Counselling, Addiction, Clinical practice and Sexuality. I have also completed specialist training on working with sexual and gender diversity including the LGBTTQQIP2SAA + community.
In addition to this, I have extensive experience spanning 15 years of specialist work with individuals and couples (including non-monogamous and polyamorous couples and those with interests in a variety of kink and fetish behaviours).
I have completed specialist training with Patrick Carnes and other pioneers in the field of sexual compulsivity and have vast experience of working with compulsive behaviours including addictions, sex and pornography compulsivity and co-dependent relationships.
I also have a specialism in OCD and intrusive thoughts, hoarding behaviours and assisting those who would like to introduce systems for organisation into their lives.
I strongly believe that Psychotherapy should be available for everybody, and as such, I always strive to find a therapist within my organisation that you will be able to see for a fee that is affordable for you, no matter what your circumstances are. Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred).
Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision.
Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training.
All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

I also have a practice in Harley Street in Central London which may be more accessible for you. This office is located within a 5 minute walk of Oxford Circus tube station.
