I am a qualified counsellor offering adults one to one counselling sessions from my own home, in the privacy of a comfortable dedicated room.
Training, qualifications & experience
I work on a one to one basis and can provide both short and long term counselling. I help clients with issues such as anxiety, bereavement, loss, stress, separation, relationship problems to name a few(see list below).
I am a trained Humanistic Integrative Counsellor working mainly in person centred counselling, using techniques from other approaches, which I can call on to suit the client. I am also a trained bereavement counsellor and have worked with a national bereavement organisation for 5 years and a local bereavement organisation for the past 2 years.
I have gained a Diploma in Counselling.
I have completed a Level 2 Bereavement Care Course.
I am a member of British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and adhere to their Code of Ethics and Practice.
I am fully insured and attend regular supervision for good practice.
I keep up to date with counselling developments and attend workshops for my professional development.

Initial 30 minute session (free of charge)
1 hour session - £35 per hour
I can offer daytime and evening appointments.
