About me

I am an experienced and professionally qualified psychotherapist and counsellor working in the Camden area.

I provide a safe, confidential, empathetic and non-judgemental space where you can explore and work through the things that are troubling you in your life.

I work from a psychodynamic perspective, which recognizes that current problems and difficulties can be linked to earlier experiences.

Whatever your emotional difficulties are, understanding their underlying nature can help to alleviate suffering and bring about the process of change.

This approach can be helpful for issues such as:

  • Anxiety
  • Depression
  • Stress
  • Low self-esteem
  • Bereavement
  • Relationship difficulties
  • Creative block

If you would like to find out more please contact me on 07770 917752 or at carolinechapman141@gmail.com and I will contact you to arrange an initial consultation. Ongoing sessions are weekly and are for 50 minutes.
