I offer an initial session for us to meet and discuss your issues as well as help you to gain an understanding of the counselling process. This session will be 50 minutes and cost £20. Any further sessions will be charged at £35 per hour during the day and £40 evenings.
The type of counselling I offer focuses on building a therapeutic relationship, which is based upon a non-judgemental, accepting and understanding approach towards you and your issues. This approach enables you to trust in the space we create together, so that you can freely discuss whatever is affecting you from living a full life. It's about getting in touch with who you are deep down inside, which is the core of who you are as a person.
As we do that we will uncover your life strategies, beliefs you have about yourself, others and the world. All these factors and your life experiences have made you the person you have become. I will journey through this with you and help to empower you as a person.
