Carol Jayes UKCP Registered Psychotherapist
0800 0432135 / 07740931291
My name is Carol Jayes and I am a qualified and experienced counsellor and psychotherapist.
I offer confidential counselling and psychotherapy to individual adults and to couples for a wide range of emotional, psychological, relationship and life problems.
I also offer supervision to counsellors & psychotherapists, individually or in groups.
I believe in the capacity to learn about ourselves and others all through life and that psychotherapy can offer an enriching experience as well as and beyond the solving of one's problems. I enjoy meeting and working with people of all ages, gender, ethnicity and sexuality.
I offer in-depth psychotherapy or I can provide brief and focussed counselling for specific problems, or anything in between depending upon your need. Although my remit is to offer help through 'talking therapy' I am mindful of the whole person, comprised of the physical and spiritual as well as the psychological and emotional.
I appreciate that thinking about meeting a therapist can be daunting but I am very happy to answer questions by phone or email if you would like to contact me. The initial session is arranged for us to meet and to give you the opportunity to talk about your difficulty and for both or us to see if I can offer you the help you need. Alternatively I might be able to suggest another avenue if that would be more appropriate.
My practice is based n St Neots.
