Further information

You may like to consider joining a new therapy group that is starting soon in Scarborough. Facilitated by myself and Phillip Whittington, also a UKCP registered Psychotherapeutic Counsellor, the group will meet on the first Monday of each month 6.30-9.00 p.m. at a central Scarborough location.

A therapy group can be both supportive and nurturing, through times of difficulty. The aim is for you to experience relationships that are based on compassion, non-judgement and absolute confidentiality. The process can help you explore unresolved issues in your life that continue to surface. It can help you find new ways of expressing difficult emotions and help you make new choices for yourself.

If you are interested and would like to find out more please contact me on 07775801487 or Phillip on 07837227921. You can also email me -

Fees: Free initial 30 minute consultation in preparation for the group. £40 per 2.5 hr session, per person, per month thereafter.

This will be a group of 6-8 people maximum.
