69 Buchanan Street
As a CBT Therapist, I have experience of working with anxiety, depression, stress, low self-esteem and other life-limiting concerns, as well as challenging negative patterns of thinking, behaving and feeling.
In addition, I have experience of helping people set and achieve fitness and lifestyle goals, however small these might be, with the significant rewards that these can bring to physical and psychological well-being.
I am here to listen to you, to discuss your particular needs and to help you achieve your full potential. I enjoy creating a safe, non-judgmental and nurturing space where together we can challenge the barriers that are currently in your way to a more contented and satisfying life.
My personal motivation? I love my work as a therapist and find it immensely rewarding helping people make life changes, both the small and the big ones. To be part of this is both a great privilege and a stimulus to keep on affecting change in my own life.
