About us

We are an experienced, accredited team of mental health professionals offering a wide range of services to Individuals, Groups, and Organisations in Cambridge. Our bespoke wellbeing plans are uniquely created to the needs of the individual or group and backed up by 24-hour support and regular follow up.

Working With You

We work with you as an individual to agree the best way forward. Our work is secure, private and fully confidential. Make contact and meet one of us. We will reflect on your needs and create with you a bespoke wellbeing plan.

We lead an intimate team of trusted and well-respected professionals who can offer a comprehensive portfolio of wellbeing interventions, including:

24 hours / 7-day telephone contact with a mental health professional

And we will stay with you every step of the way to oversee what is happening and to check in with how things are going.

All of our team members hold current Disclosure and Barring Service checks, professional insurance and work within the ethical requirements of their professional associations.

Training, qualifications & experience

Our Lead Clinicians

Richard Geddis
My clinical training was within the NHS where I worked for many years as a Counsellor, Psychotherapist, Supervisor and Registered Nurse. I now work at the University of Cambridge providing counselling and psychotherapy interventions, training, supervision and consultancy to members of a College and I also provide clinical supervision to senior healthcare professionals at a large local NHS trust. I am a registered member of the British Psychoanalytic Council and also registered & accredited with the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy. I maintain my Registered Nurse status with the Nursing & Midwifery Council.

Jenny Schiller
I am a Registered Nurse in Mental Health and an Accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, accredited through the Nursing and Midwifery Council and the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapists. I am employed by a College within the University of Cambridge and have worked in Higher Education and the NHS since 1990. I offer support to those experiencing mental health and emotional difficulties and encourage emotional health and wellbeing in day to day life.

Areas of counselling we deal with


Our fees are negotiable and commence at £90 for a one-hour individual consultation with either Jenny or Richard. We can offer longer appointments if you feel more time would be helpful - just let us know when you make contact.

Couple therapy fees begin at £140 per one-hour session.

All fees for bespoke wellbeing plans are transparent and agreed before commencing the plan.

We accept cash, cheque, online & card payments.
