About us

We are an experienced, accredited team of mental health professionals offering a wide range of services to Individuals, Groups and Organisations in Cambridge. Our bespoke well-being plans are uniquely created to the needs of the individual or group and backed up by 24-hour support and regular follow up.

We work with you as an individual to agree the best way forward. Our work is secure, private and fully confidential. Make contact and meet one of us. We will reflect on your needs and create with you a bespoke well-being plan.

We lead an intimate team of trusted and well-respected professionals who can offer a comprehensive portfolio of well-being interventions, including:

All of our team members hold current Disclosure and Barring Service checks, professional insurance and work within the ethical requirements of their professional associations.

We are able to offer appointments in Cambridge, Saffron Walden, Royston and Potton.

Training, qualifications & experience

Juliet Bristow
I am an experienced Mental Health Social Worker having worked for 20 years in the local NHS Adult Mental Health Services. Since 2010 I have been working at the University of Cambridge as a Mental Health Advisor. I offer specialist support, advice and information to adults and young people who are concerned about their mental health or emotional well-being. I am registered with the Health Care Professions Council, and I abide by strict codes of confidentiality and professional conduct.

Richard Geddis
My clinical training was within the NHS where I worked for many years as a Counsellor, Psychotherapist and Registered Nurse. I now work at the University of Cambridge providing counselling and psychotherapy interventions, training and consultancy to members of a College. I am a registered member of the British Psychoanalytic Council and also registered & accredited with the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy. I maintain my Registered Nurse status with the Nursing & Midwifery Council.

Jenny Schiller
I am a Registered Nurse in Mental Health and an Accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, accredited through the Nursing and Midwifery Council and the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapists. I am employed by a College within the University of Cambridge and have worked in Higher Education and the NHS since 1990. I offer support to those experiencing mental health and emotional difficulties and encourage emotional health and wellbeing in day to day life.

Consultancy

We work with your organisation to support your wellbeing and mental health needs through designing and delivering a bespoke programme.

We can provide a completely individualised portfolio from one-off training sessions lasting an hour right through to 24-hour access to our respected and experienced team of mental health professionals for consultation and crisis management.

All our consultancy services are bespoke and developed with you.
