I believe that relationships are the central issue in all our lives, and I can heal them. This also applies to our relationship with ourselves. If you do not like yourself, you will find it difficult to relate to others. Let me help you make sense of your feelings, and regain control over your life.
My approach in counselling is mainly person-centered and client-led. That means the client decides what issue he or she wants to talk about. My aim is to establish a relationship with my client, and this relationship is central to the therapy. I give my clients the space and time (50 minutes per session) to talk about any problem they would like to discuss with me, and they can do so in absolute confidence. I do not judge and I do not give advice, but I will support my clients in any decision they make. I give my clients the opportunity to examine and express their feelings and I will help them through a crisis in their lives.
I can also offer spiritual healing and guided meditation.
I am a Registered Member of the BACP (British Association for Counsellors and Psychotherapists) and adhere to their Ethical Framework for the Counselling Professions 2015.
