There are times in life when we can feel overwhelmed and lost and there is no obvious reason. At other times we can know what is troubling us and feel unable or unsure how to move forward. We feel stuck. Counselling and therapy can provide support and understanding as you navigate your way through this. As a qualified and experienced Counsellor I seek to offer that support; someone to share the journey with on a short or long term basis.
I see everyone I work with as a unique individual, having very personal struggles and issues. I use both my professional training and personal experience to understand you; where you are, what your needs are, to help find your way forward.
I am here to listen and support you in a non-judgemental way. I see it as a privilege to be a companion on your journey.
