I have over 20 years experience working with clients, individuals and couples, on a range of issues including anxiety, stress, depression, relationship issues, bereavement and other losses.
I offer a counselling relationship which is real, empathic and non judgemental. Together we can explore your concerns and try to understand them better. I will support you in finding ways in which you can deal with your concerns and begin to shape your life in the way in which you would want it to be.
So why not contact me. At the heart of helpful counselling is the quality of the relationship and I make no charge for our first session which I see as being essentially about you and me deciding whether we can work together and how we go about that.
