I have previously worked as a medical doctor and charity chief executive. I have now retrained in counselling and psychotherapy, life coaching, spiritual direction and supervision (counselling and spiritual direction). I am able to see clients during the daytime or early evenings, in Gilesgate, Durham.
I am experienced in brief and long term counselling with late teens or adults, including older adults.I engage with couples using a form of counselling (Emotionally Focused Couple Therapy) pioneered by Dr Sue Johnson.
