At times life can be very difficult for all of us. Life events or experiences can leave individuals and families, struggling to make sense of how to carry on, and it takes outside support sometimes to help us get on track. I hope you will allow me to help you and your family during these difficult times.
I'm offering support to you based on my experience of working with families, children, and adults for over 15 years. I have been based in Essex for all of that time, but also worked/working in Central London. I have worked for the NHS, Local Authority and volunteered at MIND. I also have organisational consultation experience.
The type of work that I specialise in is: relationship difficulties, couple conflict/separation, family work, child and parent conflict, trauma, attachment, abuse/neglect, life changes i.e. divorce, ageing, illness and loss.
I believe in offering a transparent, collaborative and tailored therapeutic experiences for all my clients. Everyone has different needs and will want and need me to respond differently so that they can best use our sessions.
If we do work together I will offer a calm, safe environment for you to explore your difficulties and worries. Our sessions will be a journey of exploration based on your goals.
