Areas of expertise include; individual, couple and relationship issues, anxiety, stress, self esteem, depression, communication, separation and divorce, parenting and bereavement.
I am here to help with relationship difficulties whether you come alone or with your partner, whether you are living together or apart, whether you are gay, straight, bi or trans.
I offer individual counselling, both short term and on a longer term basis, depending on your needs and preferences
You may be feeling that things are getting on top of you; that daily life has become a challenge. If you are struggling with low self esteem, anxiety or depression, relationship issues, illness or bereavement, I will offer you focused care and support.
Together we will explore ways of coping and move forward at a pace that best suits you.
I work flexibly around people's busy schedules and offer weekend and evening appointments.
I keep spaces available for first time appointments, since I find that people prefer to meet as soon as possible after first contact.
If would like to have a chat about your situation and to think about whether counselling is right for you, please email or call me and I will get back to you, within the day.
