Profile

I am a family counsellor (children and adults) offering a non-judgemental, empathic,trustworthy and safe space to explore any issue you may have at present.

I work from The Harmony Centre in Walpole near Halesworth in Suffolk, which offers lots of other holistic therapies too. Take a look at our website.

I qualified as an integrative counsellor 2 years ago after working for over 20 years with young children and their families in a variety of settings.
Integrative means that i have my own personal approach made up of the three main schools of therapy: person centred, cognitive and psychodynamic. Joined together with my experience with the early years it makes for a diverse way of working with families suffering with lifes complicated issues.

I look forward to meeting you and together we can find solutions and ways of moving on from the difficulties we sometimes find in life.
