In my experience people often respond well to the simple human things such as being carefully listened to and having their feelings and experiences accepted and understood by another person. I am a down to earth, intuitive therapist and offer you the opportunity to talk about whatever difficulties you are experiencing with gentleness and real understanding.
I hold a deep respect for and trust in every individuals capacity for healing and growth within a therapeutic relationship. I have travelled alongside many people in their search for peace of mind, self fulfilment and a more enriching life with very positive results.
My Person Centred Counselling can help you with whatever concerns or difficulties are around for you. It can help to address and resolve specific problems, help you to cope with crisis and improve relationships. It can support you through addiction, physical health issues, decision making and the resolution of internal conflict.
We will explore your concerns at your own pace with the aim of developing an understanding of your self, your life and your experiences. As we work together and as self awareness and clarity develop you come to feel empowered and more in control of your life.

How Long Will counselling last?
In my experience counselling can last for anything between a few weeks to a year or more. We will always work at your pace and how long we continue depends on whether you have reached your goal(s) and are still finding it helpful and we will check this out regularly together.
I am an Accredited Member of the National Counselling Society which means that I operate within their code of ethics.
I am also a member of the British Association for the Person Centred Approach (BAPCA).
