B. Sheldon-Fentem MBACP Spirals Counselling Service
Waterside House, Annexe
My core approach is Person Centred in that I provide an accepting, empathetic, supportive and confidential space for you to explore difficulties you may be experiencing. This can enable you to find your own way through these and gain greater self-awareness. I find that ideas and methods from other therapeutic approaches (for example creative expression, Gestalt methods or ideas from psychodramatic bodywork) may be relevant and will sometimes offer them, it is entirely your choice whether we use them or not.
I can offer short or long term counselling and as well as the more traditional regular weekly/fortnightly sessions, I am open to working more intensively in terms of longer sessions over a shorter time period.
I work in between Falmouth and Penryn.
