Warm, welcoming, honourable and compassionate best describes the therapeutic space I hold. My practice emphasises facilitating a partnership to support clients in an exploration of themselves, a course of treatment that can bring change, growth and healing. You may have defenses that you have grown quite attached and accustomed too, I'm not here to tear them down but work with them to support subtle shifts.
I work in a creative way incorporating; Mindfulness, Art therapy, Guided visualisations, Valuing and Transpersonal transformative practices in a safe non- judgemental environment.
Training, qualifications & experience
I have a Foundation Certificate and Diploma in Psychotherapy & Counselling.
I have over 10 years talking therapy experience working for; Westminister Mind, Fresh Start, The Caravan, NHS SLAM and developing my private practice Feel Supported.
My additional experience includes working in retail, corporate finance and social care. Having this varied work experience allows me to relate to individuals from diverse backgrounds. I have received awards for my outstanding community contributions and this has been motivated by an innate approach to meeting and treating individuals in a compassionate and respectful way.
