Ben Jearum - LifeTalks Counselling
Wokingham Therapy Clinic
49 Denmark Street
I am a professional counsellor trained in Person Centred therapy and I am passionate and dedicated to working therapeutically with people who are experiencing emotional and psychological difficulties.
I set up LifeTalks in Wokingham to provide individuals tailored one to one emotional and psychological support, because I hold the belief that people benefit from talking through their problems in a safe and non-judgemental environment with someone they trust.
I offer a service that is safe, confidential and trusting where we will work ‘together’ free from judgement and ‘labels’.
People come to therapy for very different reasons and my training and life experience enables me to work with individuals with a wide range of issues.
I have experience and specialist knowledge of working with Anxiety, Depression, Bipolar Disorder, Panic Disorder, Lack of Self-worth, Bullying, Low Self-Esteem, Anger, Rage, Relationship problems, Problems at school, Family problems, Lack of identity, Not being accepted, Rejection, Separation anxiety, Guilt, Shame, Attachment Disorder, Dangerous and Risky Behaviours, Issues around food, Neglect, Aggression, Stress, Mood Disorders, Panic Attacks and Phobias
I have built a considerable base of knowledge and experience having worked in the helping profession for the majority of my professional working life. I have worked within health care settings within the NHS and privately, and have extensive experience and success working therapeutically with both Adults and Young People. I also have experience and knowledge of the mental health system and can offer anxiety and depression treatment plans.
I am a member of the BACP dedicated to practicing responsibly, ethically and to the highest of standards.
My consulting room is based in Wokingham Berkshire which is easily accessible from Surrey & Hampshire, Bracknell, Crowthorne, Sandhurst, Virginia Water, Egham, Sunningdale, Ascot, Camberley, Guildford, Windsor and Reading
