Heaton Moor Centre
Working from rooms in the Heaton Moor and Heaton Chapel areas of Stockport, I am an integrative counsellor which means I tailor my approach to suit to your individual needs rather than using one therapeutic method. You may have heard of several different types of therapy, CBT, psychodynamic, person centred, for example. I incorporate a variety of approaches within my work and in my experience, this flexibility means that therapy is much more effective.
I offer a safe, confidential space to explore any issues that may be troubling you, helping you develop self-awareness and explore ways in which you can move forward. I can support you in making positive changes and help you live a happier, more fulfilling life.
I offer counselling services face to face in rooms situated in the centre of Heaton Moor and in Heaton Chapel, Stockport,SK4 as well as online via web chat and by telephone.
Please contact me via email, telephone or via the form on the website. I aim to respond the same day and if you wish, book your first appointment within the week. In the first instance, I will arrange to call you for an initial free 15 minute chat at time that is convenient to help you decide if you would like to work with me.
All enquiries are treated in the strictest confidence. Please feel free to ask as many questions as you wish.
Feedback from former clients:

'Belinda helped me to open up which I did not think I could do. I am more positive in my outlook.'
