I have experience of working with a wide range of emotional and psychological difficulties, with men, women and couples from diverse backgrounds.
My approach aims to provide you with the means to come to an understanding of your difficulties and how they can be overcome. Additionally, the therapeutic work is focused on utilising and enhancing your particular strengths and developing the potential that may lie dormant in you. Therapy is designed around you as a individual.
What I bring to the therapeutic relationship is warmth, compassion, a non-judgemental attitude, and genuine respect for you, and a safe environment for you to tell your story in your own words. I offer a willingness to share your therapeutic journey, enabling you to reach the goals you have set out to achieve.
My respect and belief in the client's ability to make a positive change are the cornerstone of the way I work.
I take referrals from GP's, EAP's, and Individuals. I offer both time-limited and longer term therapy, also offering variations in frequency of sessions, once the therapeutic relationship is established.
