I am an experienced and qualified counsellor/psychotherapist working with individuals, couples and groups for the private sector, NHT. Voluntary Sector and training staff at WPF Therapy. I work with eating disorders,relationship problems, low self esteem, Post Natal Depression, OCD. Lonliness, jealousy, phobias, lack of self confidence, HIV, bereavement, anxiety & depression.
I offer consultancy in helping clients withdraw and recover from prescribed medication. eg., benzodiazepines and anti-depressants.
I was a Manager and trustee at Mind in Barnet for several years, where I worked with all aspects of mental health issues.
I offer groups for compulsive eating & post natal depression.
