Ashlie McVey CBT Accredited Psychotherapist
I am a fully qualified Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist and have been working with people who have a wide range of complex disorders for over a decade, such as depression, anxiety (GAD, Health Phobia) OCD, and many other mental health disorders. I currently co facilitate the PG Diploma in CBT at ACT Counselling Services, and this provides me with the latest knowledge and treatment plans in accordance with evidence based practice.
As a therapist who is registered and accredited with BABCP, my practise is constantly monitored and reviewed for quality and I am bound by strict regulations in terms of ethical practice.
I also provide external support and supervision to staff working in the helping profession and Supervison to CBT therapists.
I use several therapy rooms throughout the Glasgow area, all of which have good transport links and parking.
Please call for an informal chat, my last appointment is 5pm.
