Ashlie McVey CBT Accredited Psychotherapist
I am a fully qualified Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist and have been working with people who have a wide range of complex disorders for over a decade. Some of which include, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, generalised anxiety disorder (GAD), phobias and bipolar disorder. CBT is the recommend treatment plan for these disorders and more according to NICE guidelines.
As a therapist who is registered and accredited with BABCP, my practise is constantly monitored and reviewed for quality and I am bound by strict regulations in terms of ethical practice.
I also provide external support and supervision to staff working in the helping profession.
I use several therapy rooms throughout the Glasgow area, all of which have good transport links and parking.
