Profile
Psychotherapy is a service offering a close examination of your personal story in order to bring to light what it is that no longer makes sense for you and is thus making you unhappy.
I deal with all types of questions and issues (see below). I offer a safe, confidential and professional environment which facilitates trust and therefore change. My focus is on helping you understand yourself better so as to be able to make different choices that will lead you out of a place where you feel stuck, into a more fulfilled version of yourself.
If you are reading this you are probably feeling that you have reached a crisis point and can no longer go on in the same way. Something has triggered your decision to seek help. Perhaps you have experienced a sudden loss which has left you disoriented and frightened and confused; perhaps your relationship seems these days to be more about pain than about love; perhaps your recent behaviour has shocked you and made you feel desperate for change. Whatever it is that you are facing, I can offer you the chance to feel less alone. Working together we can find out what it is you really want, and what it is that has been blocking your way.
