Are you feeling alone, fed up, worried, anxious, depressed, not sure what to do or where to turn?
Whether it be anxiety, depression, relationship issues, bad dreams, sleeplessness, trauma, addictions, panic attacks. I am here: to listen, to be with, to help you.
Essentially, I offer a safe, trusting space for you to explore your concerns.
I see each person as a unique individual with their own personal worries
I do not work in a set way. I prefer an open, transparent and creative way of counselling in which I hope to allow my clients the opportunity to be 'listened to'.
I practice from a private flat near Clapham junction and within easy reach of Battersea and south west London. I also offer counselling in Winchester, Hampshire.
I see a first session ( assessment) as a 'getting to know each other': a little bit! To allow possibilities of trust; possibilities of help, possibilities of change. I also see it as a way of understanding if counselling will be beneficial for you. If you want to get in touch click here: http://anthonyloudon.com/contact/
