About me

My name is Anthony Davids and I am a UKCP registered Core Process Psychotherapist and Supervisor.

Core Process Psychotherapy (CPP) is an integrative psycho spiritual therapy grounded in psychodynamic and psychoanalytical principles and Buddhist psychology. CPP helps you to understand your thoughts and feelings and explores the 'how and why you experience what you experience'. This exploration can enable a greater sense of wellbeing and contentment to emerge. CPP works with the Body, Mind and 'Spirit'.
