Profile

I am a Humanistic Person-Centred Psychotherapist, offering counselling and psychotherapy on a long-term and short-term basis.  I have a background in general counselling and psychotherapy, covering issues as diverse as relationships, anxiety and depression, bereavement, stress, low self-esteem, low self-confidence, coming to terms with life changing events and changing self-defeating outlooks.  In addition, I have a background in HR and have worked with people on coping with problems at work (like harassment and bullying) and in overcoming psychological bariers to improving career prospects.

Training, Qualifications & Experience

I have an MA in Humanistic Person-Centred Psychotherapy.  I am a member of BACP and I am registered with UKCP.

Fees

My standard fee is £40 per session (sessions last 50 minutes).  Discounts may be available to students of recognised counselling and psychotherapy courses contracting long-term.
