I am an experienced professionally trained psychotherapist. As a Registered Accredited Member of BACP, I provide Psychodynamic Psychotherapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness (MBCT) to individual adults, couples and groups in a safe and confidential environment in my private clinical practice and offer 8 Week Mindfulness group work. I also offer supervision and therapy to experienced and trainee therapists.
I am experienced in working with issues such as depression, stress, general anxiety disorder (GAD), personality disorders, narcissism and codependency, trauma, relationship issues, loss, bereavement and work related issues. I specialise in PTSD, C-PTSD, fear of flying anxiety and panic attacks which are ever on the increase in todays modern society.
