If you are looking for friendly professional support to help you through a difficult period in your life, I can help.
Perhaps you are depressed, overwhelmed, angry, upset, or agitated; or perhaps you have had a bereavement or a traumatic experience that you need to talk through. Or maybe you are just looking for more out of life and don't know how to find it. I can provide a safe, confidential space for you talk through these and other issues, working with you at your pace.
As a humanistic therapist I value you as someone who is an expert in their own experience. I will endeavour to treat you at all times with the utmost respect, and to work with you in a way that best suits you, to explore your issues and try to help you to find more rewarding and satisfying ways of living your life.
Recent studies from the ICCE (International Center for Clinical Excellence) show that 80% of clients who go to counselling and psychotherapy end up in a better place than those who don't seek help.
Free supervision offer
To all counsellor, social worker and support worker colleagues. I am currently in training to become a clinical supervisor, and I need to gain some practice hours as part of the training, so I would like to offer free supervision sessions: from now for a period of 7 weeks up to and including Friday 18th November.
Sessions can be one-off, or a series of weekly/fortnightly sessions, whatever suits you best, with a duration of 30 minutes or 1 hour, according to need.
Confidentiality is of course assured, although I may write about my experience in an anonymised form as part of my final assignment.
So if you would like to talk over a particular issue in regard to one or more clients, or just check in more generally with what’s going on for you in a professional capacity, then email me at email@example.com or call my landline on 01362 694223 for an appointment.
My counselling/supervision days are currently Monday pm and Wednesday.
