I have 16 years experience working with individuals and couples with a wide variety of issues or difficulties, both current & from the past:
panic attacks & anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, identity issues, social anxiety, work related issues & work stress, bereavement, low self-esteem & confidence, adoption, childhood/family issues.

I speak Spanish (Latin American) and am happy to work with Spanish speaking clients

I also work as a Supervisor, both F2F & by telephone, working with therapists in private practice, University & EAP settings.

I am a member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy)and adher to its Code of Ethics and Good Practice.
