Annette Kaye PG Dip, MBACP
City Of London
I am a counsellor, therapist and BACP member, working from rooms in the City and Hampton Wick.
Life is sometimes very difficult, and counselling or therapy offers a kindly and respectful place to talk about what is painful. Between us, we can explore whatever you are troubled by, identify how you would like things to change and what the obstacles are, supporting you as you seek the healing, freedom and fuller life that I believe is on offer to all of us.
You may be suffering a current crisis such as bereavement, relationship difficulties or breakdown, depression or a struggle at work. It may be something in your history that still causes you pain, such as abuse or abandonment. Or it may not be so much about current suffering, as wanting to know yourself better, reflect on your life, and the choices that you have, and to live with more energy and fulfilment.
I work from a conviction that at the heart of our life's journey is an invitation to realise our deepest potential, through the route of self-awareness, or knowing ourselves. Giving gentle and loving attention to what is happening in our lives can help identify what is trying to happen below the surface, and what the next stage of our life journey might look like. This process can be uncomfortable and challenging, but also life-enhancing and exciting.
Where I work: I meet with clients either in South West London, near Kingston (KT1), or on Lombard Street in the City of London (EC3V).
Please phone or email me to arrange an initial session where we can discuss your needs and decide if we would like to work together. Thanks for visiting my page.
