Annette Dean registered counsellor for adults, couples and teenagers

Life can get unbearably difficult sometimes. Who to turn to? Friends and family aren't always able to give us the time and attention we need. As an independent, confidential counsellor I can offer you a space where you can share your thoughts without judgement.
Together we can explore issues that may be causing you confusion and pain.
By listening to you I can offer you different perspectives on your situation which may empower you to find a new way forward. Sometimes it can be confusing to see where we have gone wrong but unless we speak to someone and are honest about our own feelings nothing will ever change. Sometimes changing the way we do things is necessary.
I’m a fully qualified therapeutic counsellor, registered with BACP (British Association for Counsellors and Psychotherapists). My orientation is integrative, which means that I use CBT, psychodynamic and person- centred approaches in my work.
These are issues I work with:
depression, anxiety, loneliness, emotional abuse, anger, stress
couple counselling, relationship problems,
low self esteem, co dependence
separation and divorce
There is no limit to how many sessions you can attend. I offer evening and weekend appointments. A session is 60 minutes long and costs £45 for individuals or £50 for couples. Clients who want to book 5 sessions in advance will get them at a reduced rate of £200.
If you would like to find out more or make an appointment this is my number 07732 396940.
