About me

Are you feeling unable to cope with what’s happening to you or in an area of your life at the moment? Maybe you feel low or that you’re holding yourself back for some reason. Talking to a qualified therapist helps.

I am a UKCP and BACP registered counsellor and psychotherapist, but more importantly I am a warm, non-judgemental listener who is open, honest and experienced in working creatively, professionally and confidentially with a wide range of adults (age 18+) facing a large variety of life’s challenges.

How I can work with You

If you’ve read this far, you've already overcome a huge hurdle. The good news is that it is possible to go from feeling stuck and overwhelmed to being at ease in the world, in relationships, and in your own skin. I know about this from personal experience and through my work.

I provide short, medium or long term counselling/psychotherapy and work according to your needs. Though I prefer to meet face-to-face I also work online via Skype.

My specialism is addiction and obsessive behaviours but I also support people to understand and manage anxiety, depression, anger, relationship breakdowns, bereavement, and changes in work and life that disrupt our sense of who we are in the world.

As a Gestalt Psychotherapist, Counsellor and psychological Coach I work creatively with you at your pace and together we attend to the whole of you, not just your distress but also to you capacity to find new and creative ways to try out different choices.

If you’d like to meet, have a quick chat or ask any questions please contact me via this site or through my web site http://cascadetherapy.co.uk/
