Anne-Marie Pellew Registered MBACP (Accred)
A Therapeutic Alliance and how we may be able to work together
There could be a range of reasons why you find yourself seeking help right now. Sometimes it's unclear what the trigger is. It could be a sense of feeling confused, overwhelmed, distressed or furious .. Perhaps you feel flat, empty or lost.
You may have been severely impacted by recent circumstances. An event may be going round and around in your mind, leading to it being difficult to see clearly and make decisions.
Experiences in the here and now may mirror long standing difficulties you have had .....or be a shock, difficult to make sense of.
Life can lead to a range of challenges. I aim to help you to see your potential to move through these difficulties via the exploration of thoughts and feelings in a safe environment.
