I have been a therapiist for over 15 years working with individual adults and couples in ways most suited to their individual needs, especially using Cognitive Behavioural Therapies(CBT) and Integrated Therapy approaches. People mainly come to see me about anxiety, depression and relationship concerns, including social anxiety, generalized worry and stress.
I am a fully Accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist with the BABCP the lead organisation for CBT in the UK. I am also a Registered member of the BACP and CPC ( Counsellors in Primary Care/UKPC affiliate), both leading organisations for Humanistic Counselling and Psychotherapy.
I am a qualified Couple Therapist and specialize in Couple Therapy for depression.
I am a supervisor , including to trainee Counsellors and CBT therapists.

About me and my therapy practice: I work for the NHS, Employee Assistance Programmes (EPA’s), family law practices, SARC's and charitable trusts. I lecture in Health Psychology and Psychotherapy at Exeter University Medical School (UEMS) and I was made an Honorary Fellow of Peninsula Medical School in 2003.
