Working from a relaxed coastal setting in Longniddry, near Edinburgh, I am a BACP Accredited Person Centred Counsellor and Supervisor, with over 13 years experience in medical, business and private practice. I help individuals and couples with a wide range of issues including anxiety/stress, depression, relationships, abuse, low confidence/esteem and bereavement/loss.
I provide a confidential therapeutic environment where you feel respected, accepted and understood - a safe space for you to explore and make sense of whatever is happening in your life, and so uncover options for change that feel right for you.

Trained in Person Centred Art therapy, I am interested in our own unique 'creative process' often expressed through images and dreams and can offer this way of working as appropriate.
As well as offering individual and couple counselling, I provide supervision for other Counsellors and 'helping' Professionals.

Fees
I charge £40 per hour session for individual counselling and supervision and £45 per hour for couple counselling.
Further Information
I see both individuals and couples and provide supervision for other counsellors and those working in the helping professions.
