I am an experienced, accredited and professional counsellor who has worked within GP surgeries and schools over the last 10 years. As a result I work with a wide range of issues across a wide range of ages.
I provide a safe environment and offer an empathic, non-judgmental and confidential service. We work together to explore and make sense of difficult personal issues and identify ways of making positive changes in your life.
We can work together on both a short term or long term basis and that can be discussed at the initial assessment. The assessment offers you an opportunity to determine how I work and whether you can work with me, gives you a feel of what counselling is like, and allows us to determine your goals. There is no obligation to continue seeing me after this session.
