Anne Duke MBACP NCS Accredited
I am a Bristol based qualified Counsellor and have been counselling adults, young people and children since 2006. I aim to offer a confidential and safe space in which I will support you in gaining a greater understanding about the issues you bring into counselling. I work in a gentle and supportive way predominately from a Person Centred perspective although I may draw on other therapeutic approaches such as CBT, TA and a number of creative techniques which may include art, writing, poetry and therapeutic play. I believe in the capacity of individuals to know the truth about themselves and as such work in a way which respects the individuals needs.
I work from consulting rooms based on Stoke Hill in Bristol (Near Durdham Downs) on Thursday weekdays and Monday - Thursday evenings.
