About me
Dr Annahita Nezami, CPsychol, DPsych, MSc, BSc
Chartered & HCPC Registered Psychologist
Navigating life's challenges can be a complex journey, marked by unexpected twists, turns, and crossroads. If you find yourself grappling with overwhelming feelings of sadness and anxiety, facing relationship issues, or wrestling with work-related stress, I'm here to support you through a compassionate and understanding approach.
In a fast-paced world, finding your path isn't always easy. My goal is to help you make sense of your struggles, whether it's forging connections, coping with loss, navigating new beginnings, or seeking purpose.
Specialising in depression, anxiety, family issues, and couples counselling, I bring two decades of expertise to assist you through life's challenges.
Trained in Psychodynamic theory, DBT, CBT, Mindfulness, and Schema Therapy, I follow NICE guidelines and evidence-based approaches.
As a Registered and Accredited member of the HCPC and a chartered member of the BPS, I adhere strictly to their professional code of ethics.
Taking the first steps towards healing can be daunting. I encourage you to explore various professionals to find the right fit. When ready, a 15-minute complimentary telephone consultation allows us to understand your needs. Subsequent sessions, weekly, fortnightly, or monthly, create a safe space for exploration and skill development.
Please visit my website or email me to arrange your initial free 15-minute consultation. I'm here to support you on your journey to a brighter tomorrow.

The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.
They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
