About me

Hello and welcome. Does life feel like it is getting on top of you? Could you benefit from a place to take some time-out to explore your thoughts and feelings? I am an approachable, empathic counsellor and I specialise in supporting people at times of stress and challenge. I work in central Ealing about 10-12 minutes walk from Ealing Broadway and Little Venice - a 10 minutes walk from Paddington Tube Station.

I am a registered BACP psychotherapist and I use an integrative approach, meaning that I don't limit my approach to one type of therapy. My qualifications, as well as my past experience of working with individuals, enable me to work with individuals in a creative and original way.

Although therapy is often challenging, the benefits are numerous and often life-changing.

Some of the issues that I work with are listed below:

  • Work related stress
  • Stress
  • Low self esteem
  • Lack of confidence
  • Redundancy
  • Bullying
  • Depression
  • Anxiety and generalised anxiety disorder
  • Changes in behaviour
  • Anger and anger management
  • Relationship issues
  • Family Issues
  • Issues arising from divorce or separation
  • Internalised self critic
  • Personal development and growth
  • Bereavement or loss
  • Addictions
  • Drug, alcohol or other substance misuse
  • Lack of motivation

Sessions start with an initial assessment, during which I will ask questions about your history and family life.  This provides an opportunity for you to ensure you are comfortable with the process and that therapy will be helpful for you. Each session lasts 50 minutes.

I offer both short-term therapy (usually up to 12 sessions) and long-term therapy (open-ended and reviewed periodically).

Training, qualifications & experience
