Anna Gut, MA, MBACP & HCPC registered
9 Coldbath Square
I am a psychodynamic counsellor registered with BACP (membership number 849771) and a counselling psychologist registered with HCPC (registration number PYL34411). I provide confidential short-term counselling and long-term psychodynamic therapy in English and Polish.
I work in psychodynamic approach with emphasis on exploration of your emotions and consequently the unconscious aspects that contribute to your problem. We will work together in a confidential, non-judgemental atmosphere which will enable you to freely express and process your emotions and gain insight into your difficulties.
Although the process can be liberating, it is not unusual to have doubts and feel apprehensive about counselling, both prior to and during therapy. As an experienced counsellor, I understand this and am open to discuss with you any fears and expectations that you may have. I ensure confidentiality and I am held to the Code of Conduct of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP) at all times. I hold Professional Liability and Indemnity Insurance.
