Anna Gilbert MBACP (Registered) Dip. Integrative Counselling
07932 654 234
I embarked on a career in counselling due to life changing events that subsequently required me to receive personal counselling/therapy, which I have found to be invaluable in moving forward in my life. There came a point where I felt the need to pursue this avenue in a professional capacity.
Life can be challenging and difficult for a variety of reasons. Within a non-judgemental, safe and confidential space you will be able to express what may be troubling you. There may be a singular or variety of circumstances within your life that has lead you to seek some support at this time.
Counselling provides an opportunity to explore your thoughts and feelings, which can lead to deeper understanding of yourself to facilitate changes that you may wish to make in your life.
My integrative counselling approach is suitable for working with individuals from a wide background of life experiences, reflecting the diversity of human needs. During counselling there is time for you to process whatever you need support with, at a pace suitable for you.
