About me

You may have a clear idea of the issues you are struggling with, or you may not be sure. I offer psychological therapy that can support you to explore, understand and make changes in relation to the difficulties you currently face. Some difficulties may be recent and linked to a specific events, others may be more longstanding with different influences. You may be feeling stressed, alone, anxious, unfulfilled, angry, stuck, empty or lost in some way. A supportive and collaborative therapeutic relationship can help you understand and overcome these problems.

I am an experienced Clinical Psychologist offering individual therapy work to adults experiencing a range of difficulties including anxiety, panic, stress, depression, self esteem and relationship problems. Clinical psychology is an extensive, professionally regulated training which specialises in a range of therapy approaches, which can be tailored to your needs. Short term focused therapy or longer term exploratory work are available.

It's important to find a therapist and type of therapy that fits with what you need. I can offer extended assessment/trial therapy sessions to help decide together what might help.

I am registered as a practitioner psychologist with the HCPC professional regulatory body.
