I am an integrative counsellor registered with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy practising in Mitcham, Surrey. Please contact me if you need help with some issues that are troubling you. I offer daytime and evening appointments in a peaceful and private setting. It is a safe and confidential space to explore your feelings and to look at ways to help you flourish and grow and to find the strength to make changes. I concentrate on both the past and present and how the past and our unconscious feelings can influence our current thinking and behaviour.
I do short term and long term work with individuals.
I offer a supportive and non-judgemental environment. I know the first step towards receiving help can be the most difficult and daunting so please get in touch and we can talk through how counselling may help you.
I look forward to hearing from you and will get back to you as soon as I can.
