Welcome to Ebb & Flow Counselling and Psychotherapy. I am a BACP accredited Counsellor and Psychotherapist, I offer a welcoming, safe, confidential setting in which to gain support for a range of problems, including coping with loss, separation, fear, stress, anxiety and work related issues. Do see my website for further details.
Counselling or therapy can support you to make choices, offer you time to grow, gain new perspectives and make changes. It can offer a rich and transformative experience in which to develop self awareness, enable time for reflection and re-imagine a future in creative ways you have not thought of before.
I offer short term and long term therapy influenced by Person Centred Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural approaches, Mindfulness and Buddhist Psychology. Most importantly, I work in a way which supports each person's experience. I have worked in private practice and a variety of settings over the past 20 years.
Training, qualifications & experience
I am BACP Accredited Counsellor and Psychotherapist and I am registered and approved by the Professional Standards Authority for Health and Social Care (cert no 037697).

In my current private practice I work with issues such as bereavement/loss, trauma, change, relationship problems, identity, stress, meaning, depression and anger. In addition, I offer face to face and telephone counselling to employees through an employee assistance programme, where I have gathered many years of experience in focusing on issues related to the workplace. I have worked for the past two years as a therapist working with people who are experiencing someone missing in their lives.
