Reflection Counselling & Supervision Practice offers a professional, confidential and Holistic counselling and Supervision service.
I use a variety of counselling models to suit your individual needs. There are times in all our lives when we feel that we just can't cope with the problems that life throws at us... The task of counselling is to provide you with an opportunity to explore, discover and clarify ways of living more resourcefully and towards a greater well-being, in a non-judgemental way.
Some of the situations that bring people to counselling are: addictions, depression and anxiety, anger, stress-related difficulties, bereavement, work-related difficulties, low self-esteem, jealousy, domestic violence, relationship difficulties, abuse. I see individuals, couples, children and young people, elderly clients, Organisations. I offer personal counselling to trainee /qualified counsellors.
Why have I chosen to be a Counsellor? To empower you to bring about positive change to your lifestyle. There is positively no discrimination made according to race, religion, age, sexual orientation, gender or disability.
I am also a professionally trained supervisor and offer supervision to trainee/qualified counsellors.
