I am a BACP registered counsellor offering both short and long term counselling for individuals at my practice in Greenwich SE London. Sometimes difficult experiences, decisions and life transitions can feel overwhelming and my role is to work collaboratively with you to help you find your way forward. My approach is person centred, with an emphasis on offering you a warm, non-judgemental space to explore and reflect on whatever is troubling you.
As a registered Member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy I adhere to the BACP Ethical Framework for Good Practice in Counselling in my work. I am fully insured and have current Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) clearance.
If you would like more information, please do not hesitate to contact me by telephone or email.
