Before retraining as a Counsellor my career included journalism, marketing and PR.
As an Integrative Therapeutic Counsellor, I am experienced at working short term in the NHS as well as with long term clients. I combine a range of approaches including, Transactional Analysis, Solution-Focussed Therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) techniques when working with issues including anxiety, stress, depression, phobias, obsessive compulsive disorders, relationship issues, trauma, abuse, sexuality, sexual problems, dissociation, self-injury, addiction, personality disorders, bereavement and loss.
My approach is guided by you and your needs.
